Mission: To work as a digital marketing specialist who commits to digital related projects, with focus on marketing and business engagement perspective especially from None-Public market and Clinical Excellence. For the person who shall be passionate about working for Digital Marketing, Marketing Target and stay with the best practices to enhance promotional effects and support business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

None-Public Market’s Online Promotion:

·       Manage online E-shop towards none-public market, to both bring online engagements and demand generations from target customers and enable them in certain E-solutions.

·       Lead creative solutions to help enhance market share in non-public specific markets with closed-loop and trackable impacts, from all account-based scenarios.

·       Track and update on total marketing demand generation, from MQLs to results.

 

Global Cooperation on Clinical Excellence:

·       Communicate and support the headquarters' digital projects, including marketing automation projects and global content platforms especially on disease focus

·       Utilize headquarters resources to prioritize support for local business objectives

·       Coordinate in China's excellent cases e.g. Wework to global and other areas to make more impacts

 

Artificial intelligence application on Market Projects:

·       Explore and seek from industry scenarios to implement into practical projects, especially in enable None-public sales and customers

·       Support necessary license updates and cross-departmental communication

 

Company-owned Website and Portal Management:

·       Managing China website from content and promotion perspective to drive the local campaign go-live, co-operate with local team to work out continuously campaign plan and execution.

·       Managing Mini-site operation from marketing point of view, for all different stage user management with Social CRM behind.

Local Intranet website maintenance as main coordinator


This role contains targets as below:

-       Customer online database management from all online and on-site campaigns

-       Ensure up-to-date content status of mini-site, 3rd party portal and website campaigns

-       ROI and deals tracking for all business enablement portals.

-       Global projects delivery quality and penetration among business team

Special focus from another dimension of AI view for all managed projects to evaluate business impacts e.g. none-public channel

Education:

·       Bachlor Degree or above, major in Information Management/Marketing/Business Administration/Communications/Advertisement/IT or equivalent business experience.

·       Proven history of marketing/sales role or business IT background will be a plus.

·       Understand why/how/insights, by working together with the vendor to achieve common goal.

·       Strong passionate about digital creative projects and business-driven mindset, capable to work under pressure and offer team spirit.

·       Quick-learning capability for IT software and technology with business-driven mind to think of insights.

·       Project management skills, especially to track project timeline and manage internal resources.

·       Positive “can do” attitude, passionate and able to show commitment and to inspire others.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese

Experience:

At least 1 years working experience in digital marketing/IT/Sales related fields, ideally in an MNC environment and have strong business awareness.
