Your tasks and responsibilities:

In search of motivated personnel with passion in problem solving and knowledge sharing. Strong customer orientation and cross function collaboration mindset are key success factors. The goal is to enable our customers and service personnel to fulfill a competent economical service to ensure a high uptime and excellent performance of our installed base.


1. Responsible for Incident management / escalations until case closure.

2. Permanently cover weekends and 3 days in the work week.

3. Participate in “Follow-the-sun” support.

4. Provide onsite support when needed.

5. Provide Regional Proactive Services (Machine Data Review) as needed.

6. Participate in continuous knowledge sharing across AP region.

7. Participate and contribute to applicable regional & global meetings as required.

8. Deliver education for CS employees.

9. Other job-related assignments given by supervisor.

10. Ability to cascade knowledge/deliver education in a professional manner.

11. Self-motivated personnel with strong desire to develop skillsets from time to time.

12. High adaptability to changes & capable of finding solutions through collaboration.


Your qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service / engineering / laboratory / clinical environment

• Experience in service of medical products or systems in the clinical environment

• Oral and written English is a must; additional language proficiency is plus point.


• College diploma or above majored in medical engineering / electrical engineering / electronic engineering or IT
