Mission： To contribute to the business goals of Siemens Healthineers and to protect Siemens Healthineers' technology through Intellectual Property

Responsibility:

• With strategic thinking in sync with business, able to establish strong patent portfolio based on business demand.
• Develop IP risk control approaches and take necessary steps to mitigate the IP challenges.

• Actively enforce IP to add value to business operation.

• Supervise execution of Corporate IP circular and internal policy and give advice if needed.

• Align issue with all stakeholders local and in HQ to define response plan and actions. • Create IP work report for communication.

• Provide business partner with IP advice, in comply with China legal system and Siemens Healthineers compliance.

• Proactively identify the potential IP needs and generate response proposal to 

support the business.

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Experience: More than three years working experience in patent field;

Capability for managing a patent portfolio under the supervision of a mentor;

Education: Bachelor or above degree with Science or Engineering, and law degree as a plus;
