Job Mission

Project management of MR product development projects, as well as other special projects in need (e.g NMPA registration projects); lead and drive timely delivery of high quality, cost-effective and customer-centric MR products.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the planning, control, implement, follow-up and reporting of the projects;

2. Leading project team to develop market-oriented, high-quality, cost-effective products within defined time frame;

3. Collaboration with other function(R&D, COR, SCM, QT, BA etc.) and all levels of company organization and customers;

4. Managing project engineer in project team with clear tasks allocation, coaching, etc.;

5. Coordinating with global interfaces, product managers, and other stakeholders;

6. Support project& product audit by government/standardization;

7. Continuous process improvement of product development and project management;

8. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

1. Master degree or above in engineering, physics or equivalent qualification with medial equipment associated areas;

2. More than 3 years experience in leading product/project development; experience in leading team is a plus;

3. Rich technical know-how&experience in MR HW&SW development or solution integration activities;

4. Familiar with the regulations of medical device, e.g. “the regulations on the supervision and administration of medical devices";

5. Have strong influence skills and good communication skills and coordination ability;

6. Strong leadership in terms of driving change over project level and cross-team level, motivating project team for continuous improvement;

7. Experience with international colleagues and customers; capabilities to operate in foreign cultures;

8. Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
