Mission:

As a senior engineering expert in Integrated Facilities Management, you will lead the standardized handover and acceptance of new plant facilities. By applying your deep expertise in HVAC/electrical systems, along with digital tools such as BIM and smart campus platforms, you will ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of critical facility systems. This will help establish a robust operational foundation for the company and drive the achievement of sustainability goals.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Lead the commissioning plan review, on-site acceptance, and standardized handover of newly built facility systems (including HVAC, electrical, piping, etc.), ensuring they meet predefined operational reliability, maintainability, and energy efficiency standards.

主导新建设施系统（HVAC、电气、管道等）的调试计划评审、现场验收与标准化移交，确保其满足预设的运营可靠性、可维护性与能效标准。

Establish and enhance operational maintenance standards, operating procedures, and contingency plans for critical facility systems. Execute proactive preventive maintenance management for all systems within the responsibility scope to ensure their effective operation.

建立并完善关键设施系统的运维标准、操作规程与应急预案。执行责任范围内的各系统的前瞻性预防维护管理，确保各系统的有效运行。

Execute the planning, integration, and operational maintenance of smart campus platforms (such as IBMS, digital twins, and energy efficiency management) to achieve intelligent transformation in facility management.

落实智慧园区平台（如IBMS、数字孪生、能效管理）的规划、集成与运维，实现设施管理的智能化转型。

Lead end-to-end supplier management for critical systems, including technical competency assessment, contract finalization, and ongoing performance oversight across the entire engagement lifecycle.

负责关键设备与服务供应商的技术能力评估、技术协议签订及全周期绩效管理。

Manage projects through full lifecycle, consistently optimizing solutions to ensure high-quality delivery within defined schedules and budget constraints.

负责项目的全流程管理，通过持续优化方案，确保项目在既定时间和预算目标内高质量交付。

Act as the technical interface to collaborate closely with Production, EHS, R&D, and other departments, ensuring facility systems accurately support process requirements and comply with regulatory standards.

作为技术接口，与生产、EHS、研发等部门紧密协作，确保设施系统精准支持工艺需求并满足法规要求。

Support additional projects and tasks as required to contribute to team objectives .

Education and Experience：

--Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related discipline.

本科及以上学历，暖通、电气、自动化、机电等相关工程专业。

--Minimum 8-years experience in the field of facilities related mechanical and electrical system management.

8年以上综合设施管理相关工作经验。

--Demonstrated experience in managing the entire acceptance and handover process for new factory facility systems, including deep knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.

具备新建工厂设施系统接管验收全流程经验，熟悉移交标准与规范。

--Familiarity with common smart campus systems (e.g., IBMS, digital twins, energy management platforms) is preferred.
