Mission/
Position Headline: This role is to lead the responsibilities of formulating product strategies, planning marketing education events, managing product life cycles and sales collaboration work.
Areas of Responsibilties:
• Product&marketing strategy:
• Make product marketing strategies including market STP, competitive strategy, price strategy and distributor strategy through understanding the targeted diseases field (embolization and cryoablation), emerging therapies and technologies, patient management pathways, health economic and reimbursement evolutions, competitive activities, etc.
• Market branding and education
• Define and ensure execution of annual marketing events plans for market awareness, scientific communication, marketing communication, etc. based on a solid foundation of physician’s network & industry thought leaders. These marketing events include the sponsorship at national level congress and regional level company owned workshop.
• Make marketing communication materials such as product bulletin, product brochures, voice of customer summary and other specific product promotion materials.
• Product life management
• Make and update the product materials including product presentation, competitive analysis and comparisons, product features and clinical benefits, sales and distributor training materials.
• Make new product launch plan, monitor and make sure effective execution to drive business growth and ensure a reasonable ROI.
• Define the new registration product list based on the understanding of business scope and target market analysis.
• Develop and analyse business case in collaboration with finance to access return on investment.
• Cross functional cooperation
• Work closely with sales team in delivering the expected results; including provide technical support and area specific solutions
• Work closely with channel and operation team to analyse product sales performance record, provide analysis & action plan on improvements in terms of product mix
• Coordinate and facilitate activities around the business growth: from Quality, Regulatory, GAMA and manufacture sites.

Experience
• At least 5 year working experience of product management in marketing function.
• Background in science or clinical preferred
• Strong ability in interacting and engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong ability in project management and execution
• Fluent in English and Chinese
Education
Bachelor or above degree in clinical medical, pharmaceutical, and biological science, or equivalent
