Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Support

• Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term strategic plans for the company’s smart factory and automated production line solutions, supporting overall corporate goals by defining business expansion priorities, core solution positioning, and breakthrough pathways.

• Support the management of digital smart factory initiatives—covering market research, needs analysis, solution design, project implementation, and operational maintenance—to achieve key performance indicators (e.g., ROI, customer satisfaction).

• Monitor industry policies, emerging technology trends (e.g., Industrial IoT, digital twins, smart warehousing, AI-based quality inspection, flexible production), and market developments in smart manufacturing to refine strategies and sustain technological innovation and competitive integration.

End-to-End Solution Management

• Lead smart factory solution design, including requirements analysis, technical architecture development, hardware/software selection, implementation roadmap planning, cost estimation, and risk assessment—ensuring alignment with core operational goals such as productivity improvement, cost reduction, efficiency gains, and digital transformation.

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinating internal and external resources (e.g., cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party partners) to resolve critical technical and interdepartmental challenges, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet acceptance criteria.

Technology Innovation & Resource Integration

• Drive innovation in smart factory solutions by participating in core technology integration—such as optimization of key algorithms and hardware-software integration—and introducing advanced technologies (e.g., 5G + AI industrial applications, automated production systems) to enhance technical performance and solution innovation.

• Identify and integrate high-value external resources, including partnerships with leading smart manufacturing equipment suppliers and software providers, to build a collaborative ecosystem and strengthen the technical capabilities and service offerings of the solutions.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation Control, Mechatronics, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields. A Master's degree will be given priority if the research focus is in "Production Line Automation Integration," "Industrial Robot Applications," or "Flexible Manufacturing Systems."
  • Background in discrete or process manufacturing industries, with familiarity of core automation production line scenarios in target sectors.
  • Understanding of compliance standards for automated production lines in the industry, ensuring solution designs adhere to regulatory and client production specifications.
  • Core skills in automation line planning: production line layout and process breakdown, equipment selection and technical adaptation, solution integration and implementation assurance.
  • Familiarity with automation line installation and commissioning processes: able to guide teams through equipment positioning, electrical wiring, programming (e.g., PLC ladder logic, robot teaching), standalone debugging, and integrated debugging, resolving common issues during commissioning.
  • Proficiency in digital twin virtual commissioning: capable of using mainstream tools (e.g., Siemens Process Simulate) to build production line digital twin models, validate line logic in a virtual environment, optimize debugging processes, and shorten on-site commissioning cycles.
  • Minimum of three full-lifecycle project experiences in automation production lines, from planning to implementation.
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration to drive production line implementation: able to coordinate equipment suppliers, electrical engineers, on-site construction teams, client production departments, and other stakeholders to resolve multi-role collaboration challenges during project execution.
  • Experience in standardization of automation production lines: has led the development of internal solution templates, equipment selection standards, and commissioning guidelines to enhance team output efficiency and project delivery quality.
