Master Data Specialist

Tasks and Responsibilities

·        Establishing, maintaining, ensuring quality, and continuously updating supplier and material master data in SAP

·        Implementing and monitoring data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance

·        Supporting documentation, analysis, and problem-solving within the master data environment

·        Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at consolidating, cleansing, and standardizing master data

·        Training end users and creating best practices for accurate master data entry and maintenance

·        Collaborating in a trustworthy, innovative, and communicative manner with internal and external business partners to ensure spare parts availability for customers

·        Contributing to process analysis to identify and highlight potential improvements within service logistics processes

·        Supporting operational processes in the Deliver, Source, and Return areas through process expertise

Your Qualifications and Experience

·        You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics

·        You have initial professional experience in Supply Chain Management and basic knowledge of spare parts logistics

·        You are familiar with business reporting and data visualization using front-end tools such as MS Power BI, or you are willing to acquire these skills during onboarding

·        You have strong proficiency in MS Office and are experienced in using SAP; knowledge of the SD and MM modules is a plus
