The logistics manager business support- Reginal Excellence will support to manage SCM operations and drive process optimization within and across ML AP Operation Center, to well maintenance the reginal level operation excellence. He/She is also responsible and lead critical SCM or strategic project to ensure the smooth implementation of global strategies in the Asia Pacific region

1.      Operational responsibility and process coordination in multiple fields when necessary- esp. order fulfillment, warehouse & transportation, local stock management

2.      Manage various initiatives and projects to maintain process maturity and drive for process optimization within and across AP OPCs

3.      Support in interface responsibility to the upstream and downstream process partners as well as the global Process owners inside and outside CSML

4.      Support dealing customer escalations and solving the issues with various stake holders.

5.      Support to monitor spare part process compliance with CS ML global quality requirement as well as APJ &CHN wide regulation requirements.

6.      Other tasks assigned by Head of ML AP
