The position is responsible for driving CS DEL performance excellence by bring performance monitoring KPIs and data insights, define improvement measures and ensure implementation, so as to achieve high performance and continuous improvement on delivery productivity

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1.     Monitor leading KPIs to make sure an overall healthy development according to the set target in a holistic view, provide proactive alert to management for deviating areas and perform root cause analysis together with central supporting functions and regional team;

2.     Develop agile action plan with measurable KPIs to make sure the effectiveness of corrective measures, and feedback timely for follow up actions if needed;

3.     Review process implementation, participation in the formulation of the process, identify collective problems ,and escalate it if needed

4.     Monitor the implementation and progress for strategic projects

5.     Being able to define new sets of KPI monitoring scheme to support manager to monitor goal achievement progress

6.     Good collaboration with peer departments in Healthineers

7.     Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Experience:

At least 3 - 5 years in Data analysis and performance management, better with medical industry related background. Proficient in the use of office software, including Excel, PowerPoints, Word, Conceptboard, etc.

Practitioner of facilitator of Structured Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, AVM or experienced in business process management.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

Education:

Bachelor degree (or above), better with major in Statistics/Data Analytics/Business Management.
