Your tasks and responsibilities:
It's to join our global team as IT Application Architect & Operations Manager in China for our Smart Connectivity Service (SCS) Infrastructure to ensure the secure availability of our remote services for our customers.
Areas of Responsibilities:
· Accountable for the implementation of the overall architecture of the application and its components in local China infrastructure
· Continuous review of security challenges (standard infosec and medical device laws) that are reported or may occurr and take appropriate measures to ensure highest security standard in compliance to Chinese and SHS security and privacy law.
· Acts as single point of contact for the respective local application and exchange with headquarter about design, operation and regulatory topics
· Adopting Technical Operation processes to the local compliance requirement.
· Responsible for application-related local migration concepts
· Accountable for addressing requirements based on local standards into the organization(e.g., technical and security standard requirements)
· Accountable for the following cybersecurity related areas:
。 Report architectural risks / deficiencies to Cybersecurity and Data Privacy
。 Ensure alignment of the local application with the SHS Cybersecurity measures and regulations
· Responsible for local infrastructure inventory lifecycle
· Accountable for documentation of local infrastructure inventory and its interaction
· Support of Service Design regarding operational requirements
· Accountable and responsible for Deployment Management incl. Downtimes
· Accountable for maintaining and managing KPIs (services SLA, infrastructure monitoring)
· Accountable for local IT Asset management
· Co-ordinating for cybersecurity activities related to IT infrastructure and software operation
· Accountable for vulnerability management
Your qualifications and experience:
Education and Experience
Experience
· Your profile is characterized by many years of experience in a service oriented role and in several areas of IT infrastructure, application or database operation.
· You have knowledge in the areas of network technologies and operating systems.
· Experience with local regulations on Cybersecurity and Data Privacy.
· Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese is a MUST.
· Knowledge in technical documentation e. g. architectural design and network topology.
· Knowledge of ITIL and customer services.
· Intercultural experience is an advantage for the task you are facing due to the international team.
· Personally, you convince through initiative, Empathy, curiosity, active listening, analytical skills, results orientation, communication skills, teamwork and customer orientation.
Education
· Have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, medical informatics or a related field of study or have a comparable education or professional experience.
