Lead regional product strategy development and execution to drive sustainable D&A
business growth. Own and scale innovative solutions to support region direct sales and
bussiness partner in selling efforts, and achieve revenue targets.
Areas of
Responsibilties:
1. Drive D&A business growth with innovative business solutions targeting attrative
opportunities.
2. Lead the design, implementation and continuous optimization of regional product
strategies, and translate market insights into actionable roadmaps; ensure alignment
with commercial goals and competitive positioning.
3. Champion market intelligence initiatives – gather, analyze, and synthesize complex data
to support leadership decisions; proactively identify emerging trends, competitive
threats, and whitespace opportunities.
4. Design and deploy scalable, high-impact selling tools to support regional direct sales,
cross-BL team and bussiness partners in selling efforts, and develop reference hospitals
for Siemens Healthineers’ products.
5. Technical and sales support on products for the projects, including bidding, customer
visits, and product specification development.
6. Summary selling tools to detail articles to support clinical marketing. Ensure scientific
accuracy and commercial relevance.
7. Keep continuous customer engagement, esp. the VIP luminary in region, and support to
retain and develop customers for customer success.
8. Work closely with related team members, e.g., region sales, DI BLs to ensure
coordination and reach mutual success.
9. Provide knowledge sharing and coach to the junior colleagues.
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Profile
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Imaging IT sales or marketing; prior experience working in a
multinational company is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing or project management, specifically with a focus on
managing commercial sales projects, preferably within hospital settings.
Education
Bachelor degree with majored in medical, computer science or bio-engineer. .
