Areas of Responsibilties职责范围:

1. Support local R&D, manufacturing, and service organizations to ensure and continuously improve product quality across production processes and installed base through data-driven insights. 通过数据驱动的洞察，支持本地研发、制造和服务团队，在生产和装机端持续保障并提升产品质量，为客户创造价值。

2. Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, IT, and other functional teams to deliver effective data solution. 与研发、制造、质量、IT及其他职能团队紧密协作，交付高效的数据解决方案。

3. Monitor, evaluate, and improve data quality by identifying data integrity issues and developing algorithms or rules to ensure reliable and traceable data sources for analysis.

识别和监控数据质量与完整性问题，开发算法或规则提升数据可靠性和可追溯性，确保分析结果可信。

4. Communicate analysis results clearly through effective data visualization and presentations, enabling engineers and management to make informed decisions. 通过清晰的数据可视化和演示方式沟通分析结果，支持工程师和管理层做出明智决策。

5. Collect, integrate, and process data from multiple heterogeneous sources, establishing scalable and reusable data pipelines for analytics and digital solutions. 整合多种异构数据源，建立可扩展、可复用的数据处理流程，支撑数据分析和数字化解决方案。

6. Support the development and enhancement of databases, analytics platforms, and data analysis tools. 支持数据库、分析平台及数据分析工具的开发和优化。

7. Apply and develop appropriate analytical methods, algorithms, and models to extract insights, identify patterns, and support predictive or preventive quality strategies.

8. Continuously explore new data analysis techniques and digital technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 持续探索新的数据分析方法和数字技术，提升工作效率和业务效果。

Experience经验

1. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, delivering actionable insights to support business decision‑making. 具备至少2年数据分析实战经验，能够通过数据洞察有效支持业务决策。

2. Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and related programming languages for data processing, analysis, and modeling. 熟练掌握 SQL、Python、R 等编程语言，具备数据处理、分析及建模能力。

3. Highly proficient in Excel, Power BI, and similar data visualization tools to design automated reports and interactive dashboards. 精通 Excel、Power BI 等数据可视化工具，能够设计自动化报表和交互式数据看板。

4. Hands‑on experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, or deep learning for data modeling is highly desirable. 具备统计分析、机器学习或深度学习的数据建模实战经验者优先。

5. Experience with Snowflake and Databricks cloud platforms for data management, advanced analytics, data modeling, and data product development is a strong plus. 具备使用 Snowflake、Databricks 等云平台开展数据管理、高级分析、数据建模及数据产品开发经验者优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above major in Statistics, Mathmatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or closely related discipline
