Role Description

• Accountable for the commercial success of the D&A Business, strategy & initiatives of Healthineers China incl. current business, future strategy and implementation under Elevating Health Globally
• Represents Region China and has full decision-making authority in China for respective D&A topics
• Lead China D&A team and drive business to become a trusted partner of internal BLs and external customers in Region China

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible and Accountable for strategy and business success of D&A in the Region China;
• Lead and drive D&A business performance in China:
• Define and optimize D&A China Marketing strategies/strategic action plan.
• Manage D&A business with a sustainable growth. Maintain a good bundling of D&A portfolio (e.g., syngo.via, AIRC, teamplay) with modalities,.
• Secure the commercial success of the D&A business in China through collaboration with DI modalities, SSME, Sales organizations/ Partners and zone leaders to actively drive the positioning and selling of digital assets in China.
• Act as a thought leader in the Healthcare Digital Domain to promote general Digital innovations, GTM initiatives and engage with relative KOLs and societies
• Explore the local partnership initiative according to the future government policy development.
• Be responsible to lead the discussion for assessment and strategy set up to deal with the possible digital initiative from Government to be applied into healthcare sector.
• Lead transformation and change management to meet business and organization needs;
• Lead the communication and cooperation between China and global D&A to ensure successful implementation of global product strategies;
• Build up an effective team and cultivate high-quality talents for high performance based on business needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience and success in sales and marketing roles with proven record of business success, preferably with experience in clinical and IT/AI related
• Experience on managing high-quality digital solutions delivery/ digital transformation with competing resources and priorities within and outside of healthcare
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of driving business results
• Strong collaboration and influencing capabilities
